Our pizza is so fresh and taste so good because we make our own flour that we use to produce our pizza dough and we always stretch it by hand. Everyday we make our sauce fresh with the delicious ripe tomatoes and other natural ingredients to feel the air with the aroma that will make your mouth water for our delicious pizza. We also grind our own cheese and chop our own vegetables. We put it all those wonderful ingredients together just the way you want it… We make it, We Bake it, We do it all just for YOU!

THE PROOF IS IN THE PROOFING! - Ever eaten a pizza that doesn't taste much better than the box it came in? It was probably topped with inferior ingredients on the a previously frozen slab of dough. Not only do we make our dough fresh daily from our own PRIVATE LABEL GRAZIANO'S RECIPE FLOUR, Our "2-Step proofing process" allows it to rise ("PROOF") slowly overnight in the refridgerator; then we pre-strech the dough and let rise a 2ND time for 1 hour before making your pizza! This gives "LIFE" to our crust and allows for that crunchy bottom.
IT'S IN THE CHEESE! - We use only premium 100% Mozzarella Cheese for our pizzas and grate ALL of our cheese from blocks fresh daily. We never use frozen or pre-bagged cheese. We also blend our pizza and pasta sauces by hand each day using our own GRAZIANO'S PRIVATE LABEL spice mixes.
CAN THE CANS! - We use ONLY the finest ingredients available, we slice our meats and vegetables fresh daily, giving our pizza, subs and pastas a fresh, homemade taste! No slimy, tasteless canned mushrooms here!
"MAY I HAVE ANOTHER SIDE OF RANCH PLEASE?" - That may be the most common question we hear! Who could blame our customers? Our Famous Buttermilk Ranch Dressing is made fresh daily from a recipe passed down through THREE GENERATIONS! So are the Blue Cheese, French, and Italian Dressings!
CHA-CHING! - Since opening in Las Vegas in July 2003, We've donated over $50,000 A YEAR in FREE Pizza Parties for Youth Sports Leagues and other charitable organizations and we've helped raise OVER $100,000 using our Fundrasing Coupon Cards and Fundraiser Night Events.
